    We check your Emirates ID, freelance permit or trade licence, and review your portfolio. You'll hear from us on WhatsApp.

    Clients book and pay online. You get every booking on WhatsApp and in your dashboard, with notes and reference photos.

    Start with the client's code

    When you arrive, the client gives you a 4-digit session code. Enter it in your app to start. It confirms the session and protects both of you.

QUESTIONS FROM BARBERS

How much does it cost to join?
[Joining is free / joining fee to be confirmed]. Smart Barber earns a commission on each completed booking, which is shown clearly in your barber agreement before you start.
What commission does Smart Barber take?
A percentage of each booking, set out in your barber agreement: [X]%. The commission is deducted automatically, so what you see in your wallet is what you keep.
How and when do I get paid?
Clients pay online when they book. Once a session is completed, your earnings appear in your wallet. You can request a withdrawal to your UAE bank account at any time, and payouts are targeted to arrive within 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the payment provider and your bank.
Do I need a licence to join?
Yes. You need a valid freelance permit or trade licence that lets you offer barber services in Dubai, plus your Emirates ID. We check both before your profile goes live.
Can I work at clients' homes and from my studio?
Yes. You choose whether you offer home visits, studio appointments or both, and which areas of Dubai you cover.
What is the session code?
Every booking comes with a 4-digit code that only the client has. When you arrive, the client gives you the code and you enter it in your app to start the session. It confirms the session happened and protects you if there's ever a dispute.
What if a client cancels or doesn't show up?
Clients can cancel for free up to [X] hours before. Late cancellations and no-shows are handled under the Cancellation and Refund Policy, and you may receive part of the booking value. [Details to be confirmed.]
Can I take a break?
Yes. Block dates in your calendar or pause your profile whenever you need to. Your level and reviews stay with you.
